Hi Glenn,

I wanted to take this time to thank you for the help you have given me with incorporating my company. It is so nice to work with a professional. All I had to do was let you know what I wanted and you and your staff took care of everything. It was awesome when Rachel called me up and said “Your book is ready”. And to top it off, when I received the book you had clear and easy instructions outlined so I knew exactly what I needed to do.

Just thought I would drop you a line.

All is well with the new home. Once again, thank you for the utmost professionalism, diligence and honesty is assisting us through our home purchase process. I cannot tell you how relieved my wife and I were when we actually walked out of the closing in less than 2 hours with money in our pockets. You and your associates made the process smooth and absolutely painless. I commend you and your office for that it made us sleep a lot easier knowing that Riegler & Berkowitz are on the ball and get right down to business and get it done right the first time.

I cannot tell you how many nightmare stories Koren and I have heard from our friends and family about bad closing experiences and extra thousands of dollars needed to close the deal. Unfortunately Mr. [Smith] did not share our good fortune and ended up having to spend several extra hours in the closing process in his home purchase and having to get an extra $10,000.00 wired to him in order for him to close on his new home.

I am certain and believe beyond a reasonable doubt that if Mr. [Smith] had competent attorneys involved such as Riegler & Berkowitz, he would not have had this problem and would not have suffered any grief or have any ill feelings towards the parties involved.

Once again, I commend you for a job well done. We will most certainly use you again for any future services needed and will Highly recommend you and your staff at Riegler & Berkowitz to our friends and family.
